  1. Heat the corn oil and saute the onions along with salt for two minutes.
  2. Now add the remaining vegetables except parsley along with water, pepper and cinnamon.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and simmer it on low heat for half an hour.
  4. Once the soup thickens, beat an egg and mix it in with the soup.
  5. As the egg is cooked, turn of the heat and serve the hot soup garnished with parsley.
