Kokam Kadi Recipe

kokum

Water

cloves
garlic
crushed

Ginger

green chilly
chopped

Asafotida

coriander leaves (chopped

tbsp of
sugar
salt to taste
Instructions
Soak all the ingredients overnight or for a few hours. Lightly squeeze the kokum in the water to extricate the juice.
Strain, add salt and sugar to taste.
