Coriander Noodles
Delicious coriander flavored sevai that will brighten up your dinner table!
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mustard seeds, urad dal and peanuts.
  2. Add the kothamalli ball and allow it to break down.
  3. Stir in a small amount of hing and the cooked sevai.
  4. Sauté the sevai for a minute.
  5. Remove from the pan and add salt if required.
  6. Garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
  7. Serve hot!

Sevai is a type of rice vermicelli noodles. Kothamalli is a coriander chutney that is available readymade.
