The Fruit Salad Meets Chaat!
Enjoy a refreshing plate of kulle ki chaat, which is one of Delhi’s favorite street foods!
Instructions
  1. Peel the boiled potatoes, cut them into half and scoop potato out of the center, until there is a well in the middle of the potato.
  2. Similarly, cut the tomatoes into half and scoop out the seeds and pulp of the tomatoes.
  3. Mix the chana and pomegranate seeds together and then fill the wells in the potatoes and tomatoes with the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and the chaat masala over the mixture in the tomatoes and potatoes.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the potatoes and tomatoes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Optional:
You can use other bases for the kulle ki chaat, such as watermelon, oranges or cucumbers, by similarly scooping out the flesh at the center of the fruit.
