Kung Fu Kickin’ Soup
A nourishing noodle soup inspired by Kung Fu Panda.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Boil the broth with a little salt to taste.
  2. Stir in the cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, onions and chicken or tofu.
  3. Allow the mixture to boil for two minutes and then lower it to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the noodles and cook for 5-8 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and fish sauce.
  6. Allow the soup to simmer for five minutes.
  7. Add pepper to taste.
  8. Take off the stove and serve.
