Prepare noodles as per pack instruction. Drain and separate into four serving bowls.
Fry one jar of laksa paste with oil over low heat until fragrant.
Add the meat until cooked over medium high heat, slowly adding coconut milk, water and light soy sauce. Bring to the boil before adding sliced shallots.
Remove from heat immediately and serve laksa soup in the noodle bowls with fresh bean sprouts.
