Ingredients

lauki
bottle gourd
3
cup
curd
tsp
½red chili powder
tsp
½chaat masala
1
tsp
Cumin seeds
salt to taste
Instructions
Peel and grate the bottle gourd.
Boil the grated bottle gourd with a pinch salt for 5 minutes.
Drain out the water and let the bottle gourd cool down.
Meanwhile, whisk chilled yogurt along with salt, chaat masala and red chili powder.
Add in the boiled lauki and mix well.
Dry roast cumin and make a coarse powder.
Serve lauki raita cold sprinkled with cumin powder.
