Lemon pepper fish fry recipe
This is a different version of fried fish with a lemon and pepper marinate. This doesn’t need chilli powder or other spices. It needs just few ingredients and it taste all lovely together in fish. This has lots of coriander leavesadded it as well, which adds a nice fresh taste to it. The freshly roast and ground fennel and pepper gives another dimension of taste to it.

Instructions
  1. Roast it gently and powder it finely. Now take this in a plate and add other ingredients except oil and mix well.
  2. Apply this all over fish and leave to marinate for 15 to 20 mins.
  3. Heat little oil in a pan, place fish over it and cook for 3 to 4 mins on each side.
  4. Remove it and serve hot.
