Ingredients
Mutton mince 1 cup
cups
Iceberg lettuce8
Oil 1 teaspoon
Onion finely chopped1 medium
Carrot grated1/4 cup
Garlic finely chopped2 teaspoons
salt to taste
Sweet red chilli sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons
Fresh thyme sprigs 4-5
Tomatoes finely chopped2 medium
Tomato puree 4 tablespoons
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Parmesan cheese powder for sprinkling
Instructions
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, carrot and garlic and saute well.
Add mutton mince, mix and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt, red chilli sauce and thyme sprigs, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomatoes and tomato puree and mix well. Add crushed peppercorns, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Fill lettuce cups with the cooked mutton mince mixture, place on a serving platter, sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder on top and serve immediately.
