Ingredients

Zucchini
shredded

small Onion
grated
1/3
cup
Buttermilk

tbsp
vegetable oil
½
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

cup
biscuit baking mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9” pie pan.
In a medium bowl put together the zucchini, onion, buttermilk, oil, cheese and biscuit mix. Mix well and pour into the pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, about 1 hour.
