corn kernels

Besan

green chilli paste

Ginger paste

chaat masala

coriander powder

Chopped coriander
salt to taste
oil for frying
Instructions
Grind the corn but keep it coarse.
Let the heat oil the wok while you prep for the bhajji.
Mix the corn with the remaining ingredients till well combined.
Once the oil heats up make corn bhajjis in batches and drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel.
Enjoy hot bhajjis with chai.
