Ingredients

vanilla extract

all purpose flour

Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs and add all the other ingredients to it.
Whisk again with a hand mixture till you get a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and add butter.
Now begin making the toasts by dipping the bread into the batter and shallow frying it on the pan.
Once both sides of the bread are golden brown, remove it on the serving plate.
Cook all bread slices this way and stack them up.
Drizzle with butter or honey or powdered sugar and serve.
