Instructions
Soak the bread in water and crush it up.
To this add the meat and all the spices and seasoning.
Keep oil on heat and meanwhile whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Taking equal portions, make a patty out of the lamb mix, dip in the egg mixture and then coat in the crumbs.
Add the patty to the hot oil and cook till golden brown on both sides.
Repeat this till all the cutlets are cooked and serve.
