lamb stock

Instructions
Boil the lamb in a vessel.
Remove any unwanted portions from the lamb.
Heat ghee in a pan and whole garam masala along with ginger garlic paste.
Stir and let the paste cook.
Add the fried onions along with powdered masala as well as the lamb.
Saute for a few minutes and add the lamb stock.
Let the lamb simmer on slow flame till tender.
Once cooked, add the curd and diluted gram flour.
Stir well and mix in the salt according to your taste.
Serve hot.
