Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Rinse the limes and cut of their ends.
  2. Slit a lengthwise X onto each of the limes.
  3. Pack the salt into the slits.
  4. Place the limes in a jar and seal it.
  5. Allow to sit for twelve hours.
  6. Take out of the jar and press firmly.
  7. Do this a few times over 2-3 days until they are submerged into juices.
  8. Chill the limes for a month before eating them.
