Smother in Chocolate
A sexy dessert that will have you hot and bothered. And its made with dark chocolate.

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Take two 9-inch round baking pans and flour them.
  3. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients.
  4. Stir all dry ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
  5. Beat the extract, milk, eggs and oil for about 1 minute until the mixture is cream
  6. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients until combined.
  7. Then add in boiling water and stir. The batter will be thin
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
  9. Add chocolate chips to the top of the cake batter.
  10. Bake for roughly about 30 minutes.Check if the cake is cooked by poking with a matchstick. If the stick is clean then the cake is cooked.
  11. Once cooked allow the cake to cool completely and pour the dark chocolate ganache on top.
