The Lunchbox Simple Pulao Recipe
Mouthwatering Pulao!

Instructions
Tie up all the whole spices together in a muslin cloth.
Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, salt and cook till the onions are golden brown in colour.
Now add cashews, vegetables, water, salt and the muslin spice bag.
Let the water boil and add the rice giving it a gentle stir.
Continue to boil for 10 minutes and once the water disappears, lower the flame, cover the pan and cook for a few more minutes.
Remove the spice bag before serving
