Instructions
Dissolve the jaggery in the water and sieve.
In a small about of water (1/2 cup), cook the mango pieces until they become mushy
Boil the jagery water for two to three minutes and then stir in the mango
Add the salt and boil the mixture on a medium flame.
While boiling, fry the mustard seeds, red chilies, hing and salt in a separate pan.
Once the mango jaggery mixture thickens, pour the fried seasoning over it.
Serve!
