Chutney up your Mangoes
Grind mangoes, chilies and a few other ingredients to make a delicious chutney that will go great with appams for Onam!
Ingredients

cup
Grated coconut
3/4
cup
raw mango
chopped
1 1/2
tsp
crushed red chill
4
onions
finely sliced
1/2
tsp
Ginger
2
Curry Leaves
salt to taste
Instructions
Grind the coconut and mangoes together.
Add the onions, chilies, ginger and salt and grind again.
Finally, add the curry leaves and grind again.
Remove from the grinder and serve with rice, dosas or appams.
