Mango Crazy!
A sweet and tangy mango chutney.

Instructions
  1. Soak jaggery in warm water and crush it well.
  2. Heat it up until it is slightly thick. Strain and keep aside.
  3. Immerse chopped mango in water in a pan and let it cook for few minutess until mangoes become soft.
  4. Add jaggery syrup.
  5. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Let the mangoes blend properly with the jaggery syrup.
  8. Add the rice flour paste and allow it to boil for 2 minutes on a low flame.
  9. In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, red chilies, asafetida and curry leaves and let them splutter. Add to the mangos.
  10. Serve.
