Mango Crazy!
A sweet and tangy mango chutney.

Ingredients
2
cups
raw mango
chopped
cup
½powdered jaggery
1
tsp
Rice flour
mixed with 3water
tsp
¼Turmeric Powder
salt to taste
For Tempering
1
tsp
Mustard seeds
2
Red chilies
Few curry leaves
pinch
Aof Hing/asafetida
2

Instructions
Soak jaggery in warm water and crush it well.
Heat it up until it is slightly thick. Strain and keep aside.
Immerse chopped mango in water in a pan and let it cook for few minutess until mangoes become soft.
Add jaggery syrup.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Let the mangoes blend properly with the jaggery syrup.
Add the rice flour paste and allow it to boil for 2 minutes on a low flame.
In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, red chilies, asafetida and curry leaves and let them splutter. Add to the mangos.
Serve.
