fish fillets

Gram Flour

eggs

cup of
yoghurt
salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Clean the fish fillets well.
Mix the fish with salt, lime juice, ginger garlic paste and chilli powder.
Mix gram flour, yoghurt, eggs, ajwain and salt with water to make a lump free batter.
Marinate the fish in the batter for 10 minutes.
In a pan, heat the oil and deep fry the fish until lightly brown and crisp.
Garnish it with lemon wedges and serve hot.
