Ingredients

packet
maggi noodles
1
tsp
Oil

cloves
finely chopped garlic
1
cup
diced mushrooms
1/2
cup
red pasta sauce
1/4
tsp
dried oregano
2
tbsp
sliced olives
3-4
leaves
fresh basil
2
tbsp
grated Parmesan
salt to taste
Instructions
Cook maggi as instructed on the packet but without the tastemaker.
In another pan, heat oil and saute the garlic.
Next saute the mushrooms and after cooking for about two minutes on a medium flame add the sauce, oregano and the cooked noodles.
Mix well and simmer it for two more minutes and then put it in the serving bowl.
Garnish with the sliced olives, basil leave and grated parmesan and serve hot.
