Decadent, creamy kofta curry

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the koftas aside from the oil in a large bowl, using your hand.
  2. Shape the mix into medium sized balls.
  3. Fry the balls in hot oil until they are golden.
  4. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan
  5. Add the whole spices (garam masala) to the oil and fry
  6. Then add the onion and ginger garlic paste to the pan and brown it
  7. Add the tomato puree and stir constantly for three minutes
  8. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cashew paste and stir well
  9. After two minutes of stirring, add the water and stir in the masala
  10. Simmer the water until the gravy begins to thicken
  11. As it begins to thicken, add the methi leaves and salt
  12. Simmer the gravy for two minutes
  13. Finally, add the koftas to the gravy, stir them in and remove the pan from the stove
  14. Pour the curry into a bowl and add the garnish on top
  15. Serve and enjoy!
