Golden Fried Treats!
Enjoy this deep fried snack with a cup of tea!
Ingredients

Rice flour
150
grams
moong dal
50
grams
Bengal gram

tbsp
Salt

grams
butter

tsp
sesame
Instructions
Heat the Bengal gram and moong dal in a pan.
Grind them into a powder in a grinder.
Add the rice flour to this mixture.
Heat up the butter and knead it into the flour.
Add the salt and sesame.
Add a sufficient amount of water to the flour and knead until it becomes a dough.
In a deep pan, heat up a large quantity of oil (enough for deep frying).
Place the dough in a kuzhal and place it over the oil to fry the manakkombhu.
Deep fry until golden.
Serve hot!
