Golden Fried Treats!
Enjoy this deep fried snack with a cup of tea!
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat the Bengal gram and moong dal in a pan.
  2. Grind them into a powder in a grinder.
  3. Add the rice flour to this mixture.
  4. Heat up the butter and knead it into the flour.
  5. Add the salt and sesame.
  6. Add a sufficient amount of water to the flour and knead until it becomes a dough.
  7. In a deep pan, heat up a large quantity of oil (enough for deep frying).
  8. Place the dough in a kuzhal and place it over the oil to fry the manakkombhu.
  9. Deep fry until golden.
  10. Serve hot!
