Ingredients

Rice
cooked
1
cup
mango
grated
1
tsp
Mustard seeds
1
tsp
urad dal
1
tsp
chana dal
1
tsp
Ginger
chopped

Red chilies
2
Green chilies
5-6
Curry Leaves

Cilantro Leaves

Turmeric powder

tbsp
Oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and pop in the mustard seeds, Urad dal and Channa dal.
Add the chopped ginger, red chilies, green chilies, curry leaves and turmeric powder and mix well.
Add the grated mango and salt and sauté well till mango is tender.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Garnish with cilantro.

Throw in some grated coconuts for an added flavour!
