Celebrate the Mango Season
Mango-licious smoothie for the summer.
Ingredients

ripe mango
peeled, seeded and chopped
1
cup
crushed ice
1
cup
⁄2nonfat plain yogurt or 1⁄2non-fat vanilla yogurt

teaspoons
Splenda sugar substitute (optional
but if you are using plain yogurt you are more apt to use)
1
cup
⁄2cold water
3
teaspoon
⁄4minced crystallized ginger or 3⁄4peeled fresh ginger
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Puree ’til smooth.
