Mango and Mint Lemonade
Fresh mint adds a wonderful freshness to this delicious mango lemonade.

Ingredients

Ripe mangoes peeled and cut into cubes

fresh mint leaves

sugar

Juice of lemons

teaspoon
roasted cumin seeds

teaspoon
Black salt
kala namak
ice cubes
as required
Fresh mint sprigs
for garnish

Drinking soda
lemon wedges
for garnish
Instructions
Put mango, sugar, lemon juice, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, mint leaves and ice cubes in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
Take four serving glasses and fill half them with mango mixture. Put a mint sprig into each glass.
Fill the glasses with drinking soda and mix lightly.
Arrange a lemon wedge on the rims of each glass and serve chilled.
