Ingredients

Maravalli kilangu

tbsp
Turmeric powder
½
tbsp
red chilli powder

Asafoetida
Oil for deep fry
salt to taste
Water as needed
Instructions
Cut and remove the skin. Then wash and thinly slice
In a bowl add thinely slcied tapioca, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt mix well then leave it for 10 min.
Heat oil in a pan, put raw tapioca slices & deep fry till crisp.
Then remove from oil, place it on absorbent paper, Then serve hot with tea, curd rice or any variety rice.
