Instructions
  1. Cut and remove the skin. Then wash and thinly slice
  2. In a bowl add thinely slcied tapioca, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt mix well then leave it for 10 min.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, put raw tapioca slices & deep fry till crisp.
  4. Then remove from oil, place it on absorbent paper, Then serve hot with tea, curd rice or any variety rice.
