Protein and Flavor Packed
This dal recipe is full of flavour and takes only fifteen minutes to make!
Ingredients

A handful of coriander
Instructions
Rinse the dal well and soak it for three hours.
Combine the dal, 3 cups of water, the turmeric powder, tomatoes and salt and put it in the pressure cooker.
Cook on a low flame for ten minutes.
After three whistles, switch off the flame.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onions until translucent.
Fry the garlic, ginger and chilies.
Then, fry the garam masala and chilly powder, stirring constantly.
Once the spices start sticking to the pan, add it to the cooked dal.
Stir in the mixture and allow the dal to simmer for a few minutes.
Finally, garnish the dal with chopped coriander.
