Pulled Pork Sandwiches

For the Rub

For the sandwiches
4
pounds
pork shoulder roast

whole
–3 garlic cloves

tbsp
bBQ rub
2
red onions
thinly sliced
16
ounces
barbeque sauce
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the rub together.
Rub three tablespoons of the rub all over the pork roast and stuff with the cloves.
Place in a slow cooker, top with the onions and 2 cups of water.
Slow cook for 10 hours.
Remove the pork and shred it.
Heat the meat n the remaining barbeque sauce and spread over bread.
Fold to create a sandwich.
