Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Sauté the onions until translucent
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté
  4. Add the tomatoes and green chillies and stir well.
  5. Then, add the spice powders apart from the garam masala powder and sauté for a minute.
  6. Add the mushrooms and peas
  7. Sauté for three minutes
  8. Add water and salt
  9. Cover the pan and cook until the peas are softened
  10. Sprinkle garam masala powder over the curry
  11. Stir and serve!
