tamarind water

Fresh Coconut

fenugreek seeds

Few curry leaves
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Wash, deseed, peel and cube the pumpkin.
Heat a pan, add the pumpkin, tamarind water, turmeric and salt. Let it cook.
Grind the grated coconut, green chili and mustard seeds to a fine paste.
Once the pumpkin is cooked, add the paste and mix.
You can mash the pumpkin if you want and allow it to boil.
Season it with coconut oil, mustard and fenugreek seeds, dry red chilli and curry leaves.
Serve.
