Ingredients

baking powder

vanilla extract

vanilla bean

confectioners’ sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line 24 standard cupcake tins with liners and set aside.
Put the butter in a bowl and cream it using an electric mixer on high speed.
Add the sugar gradually and keep beating until you get a soft and fluffy texture.
On medium speed of the mixer add eggs to this mixture (2 at a time).
Add the vanilla extract and add the de-seeded vanilla bean as well to the mixture.
Blend in the milk to the mixture on a low speed of mixture.
Fill the cupcake mold to half and bake for 20 to 25 minutes till it turns golden.
Set the cupcakes aside to cool.
For the frosting, take a mixer with a whisk attachment and mix sugar and butter on a low speed.
Once these ingredients are well blended, put the mixer on medium speed and whisk for 3 more minutes.
Add the vanilla cream mix and blend for another minute.
Frost the cupcakes and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
