Egg Muffin Recipe
A delicious, all rounded breakfast.
Ingredients

large egg
1
English muffin
sliced into half
1
slice
Canadian bacon
1
slice
American cheese
butter
Cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat an electronic griddle to 275 degrees.
Toast both sides of the English muffin on the griddle, pressing both sides down with the spatula.
Do this until each side is medium brown.
Spray an egg ring with cooking oil.
Place the ring on the pre-heated grill.
Crack the egg into the ring and break the yolk apart with a fork.
Butter both halves of the English muffin.
Place the American cheese on one half.
After two minutes of it cooking, remove the egg ring from the egg.
Gently turn the egg over, making sure not to break it.
Cook the egg for 45 seconds and place on the half of the English muffin with the cheese.
Toast the bacon on the griddle and place this on top of the egg.
Place the other half of the muffin onto the bacon.
Serve and enjoy.
