Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to about 400 degrees.
  2. Spray the tray or the baking dish with cooking oil.
  3. Place the cleaned fillets side by side and pour salsa on top. Sprinkle the cheese evenly on the fish and top them with the crushed corn chips.
  4. Bake this for about 15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes when you run a fork through it. Serve with sliced avocado and sour cream on the side.
