Ingredients

cod

cup
Salsa
1
cup
sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
cup
½corn chips
coarsely crushed
1
avocado (peeled
pitted and sliced)
cup
¼sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Grease a 8×12 inch baking dish lightly.
Rinse fish fillets under cold water, and pat dry with paper towels.
Lay fillets side by side in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the salsa over the top, and sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese.
Top with the crushed corn chips.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven until fish cooked through flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.
Serve topped with sliced avocado and sour cream.
