A cheesy mexican cheesecake with salsa and seasoning.

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream and taco seasoning until smooth.
  2. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese and chilies.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9” spring form pan.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until center is almost set.
  6. Spread remaining sour cream evenly over top. Bake 5-8 minutes longer or until topping is set.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
  8. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer or refrigerate overnight.
  9. Spread salsa over cheesecake just before serving.
  10. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.
