Ingredients

shredded cheddar cheese

yellow and white whole kernel corn

Mexicorn
drained

pepper Jack cheese
shredded
cup
¼green onions
chopped

Green chilies
chopped

jalapeno pepper
seeded and chopped

¾mayonnaise
cup
¾sour cream

Additional chopped green onions

Tortilla or corn chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cheeses, kernel corn, mexicorn, green onions, chilies and jalapeno pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar and stir into corn mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with additional green onions.
Serve with chips.
