Ingredients

cod

Salsa

sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
½
cup
corn chips
coarsely crushed
for garnish
avocado (peeled
pitted and sliced)
sour cream
Green chilies
Ripe olives
Instructions
Place the fish fillets in a greased 8″x12″ baking dish.
Pour the salsa over the top, and then sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese.
Top everything with the crushed corn chips.
Bake, uncovered, at 400°F until fish flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes.
Garnish and serve.
