Ingredients

lean ground beef

refried beans

½chili powder

½dried oregano

uncooked manicotti shells

½Water

picante sauce

sour cream

Monterey Jack or Mexican cheese blend
shredded
cup
¼green onions
sliced
Sliced ripe olives

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the uncooked beef, beans, chili powder and oregano.
Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells.
Grease a baking tray and arrange the shells in it.
Combine water and picante sauce; pour over shells. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Cover and bake at 350° for an hour.
Uncover; spoon sour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese, onions and olives.
Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until the cheese has melted.
Serve.
