Ingredients

head cabbage
shredded
2
slices
bacon
2
cloves
garlic
minced
800
g
rotel
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Cook bacon in a large skillet.
When bacon is crisp remove it from the pan, crumble, and set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until aromatic, about a minute.
Add cabbage and stir to coat in bacon drippings and garlic.
Add rotel, reserved crumbled bacon, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Simmer over low to medium heat until cabbage is soft, about 20-30 minutes.
