  1. In a large skillet melt the butter.
  2. Sauté the squash, onion and garlic until the squash is slightly crisp, about 8 minutes.
  3. Mix in the corn and chilies and transfer the mix into a 1 quart casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve.
