Ingredients

tbsp
butter

calabaza squash
1
medium onion
finely chopped
2
cloves
garlic

g
whole kernel corn

g
Green chilies
seeded and chopped
cup
¾sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
Instructions
In a large skillet melt the butter.
Sauté the squash, onion and garlic until the squash is slightly crisp, about 8 minutes.
Mix in the corn and chilies and transfer the mix into a 1 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve.
