Microwave Chocolate Ganache Cake Recipe

For the Cake

For the Ganache
120
grams
Dark chocolate chopped
100
grams
double cream
Instructions
To Make the Cake
Mix the cocoa powder, flour and the baking powder.
Sift the ingredients.
Take a deep mixing bowl.
Mix together oil and castor sugar.
Add the eggs one at a time and blend.
Add the essence.
Add the mixture of cocoa powder, flour and baking powder.
Fold in the powder mixture gently.
Mix well.
Mix one more time.
Pour into a microwave dish of 24 cm, also in which you can serve the cake.
At 100 % microwave cook the cake for 7 minutes.
Test to see the cake is firm and springs to the touch.
Allow to cool.
To Make the Ganache
Take a microwave shallow dish.
Put the chopped chocolate in it.
Add the cream.
Set the microwave at 70 % power and cook for 2 minutes.
Mix well and pour over the cake.
Use a spatula to spread the ganache.
Dress the cake pretty with chocolate leaves or whipped cream, dressing of your choice. Enjoy!
