Ingredients
For The Dip
2
cups
yogurt
1/4
cup
coriander
1/4
cup
Spring onion
lime
Salt
pepper
oregano
For The Chips
2
large potatoes
Salt
chilli powder
Oil
Instructions
Making The Dip
Pour 2 cups of yogurt into a bowl
Add the coriander, spring onion, salt, pepper and oregano (as well as any other seasoning you would like)
Mix together well and then chill
Making The Chips
Wash and skin the potatoes
Cut them finely into whatever size you would like
Put the sliced potatoes into cold water and rinse to remove the starch.
Repeat this till the water is clear
Pat the potatoes dry with a kitchen towel
Add the slices into a bowl, cover in oil, salt and chilli powder
Mix together and marinate the chips properly
Spread the chips out on a microwave safe plate
Put it in the microwave for 5 minutes and turn over before repeating for another 5 minutes
Once crisp, take the plate out and set it till the chips cool
Then serve!
