Ingredients
2
litre
Full Fat Milk
200
gm of
sugar
2
tbsp of
ghee
(add in milk)
2
tbsp of
Lemon juice
1
tbsp of
ghee
Instructions
In a deep pan, put 1 liter full fat milk to reduce till semi solid particles are seen in milk.
Once the grains in the reduce milk is formed, add lemon juice to curdle the milk.
Don’t stir the milk constantly but once in a while so milk dosent stick to the pan.
Add 200 gms sugar and keep stirring the milk.
Cook till the water has evaporated and sugar is cooked.
Add 2 tbsp ghee and cook mixture till it is leaving side of pan.
Grease a steel box with 1 tbsp ghee and put the milk mixture in the box.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature for 1 hour and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
