Chutney Does The Smooth Talking
This tasty mint and peanut chutney tastes great with rice or Thai style noodles.
Ingredients

Raw Peanuts
with skins

white sesame seeds

Mint leaves

Green chilies

Aof tamarind

Oil

black mustard seeds

red chili
halved
1/2
tsp
split urad dal
pinch
aof Hing
Instructions
Dry roast the peanuts in a pan.
Once the peanuts begin to brown add the sesame seeds and roast them as well.
Remove the peanuts and seeds from the stove and allow them to cool.
Fry the green chilies mint leaves and salt in the oil until the milt leaved begin to wilt.
Remove the mix from the stove and allow them to cool.
Put the peanuts, seeds and leaves in a grinder.
Add the tamarind and grind the mixture to a smooth paste.
Add a few drops of water if required.
Fry the mustard seeds, red chili, urad dal and hing in a tablespoon of oil.
Once the dal begins to turn golden, add the ground chutney and mix well.
Take it off the stove and serve.
