Instructions
In a jar add mint, coriander leaves, green chilly, ginger, cinnamon,clove, fennel seeds,tomato and coconut. Grind into a wet paste.
In a pressure cooker add oil.Once its hot, Add bay leaf and cashews. Add all the chopped vegetables.
Now add the Mixture that is in our blender. Add salt and garam masala.
Once the mixture starts boiling add in water. Since the mixture already has water,add lesser amount than needed. i
Pressure cook. Once the pressure is released ,serve with cucumber raitha.
Recipe Notes
If you want the rice to be soft add a tsp of butter before pressure cooking.
