Soup-licious
Ingredients

shredded cabbage/patta gobi

½finely chopped carrots/gajar

½sliced mushrooms

½chopped capsicum/bell pepper
red or green or yellow

⅓moong sprouts
cup
¼finely chopped french beans
cup
¼finely chopped onion or 1 small onion
finely chopped, spring onions can also be added in place of onions

Instructions
Wash and cut the cabbage
Wash and then dice up the mushroom, bell peppers, french beans, onions and garlic
Now in a pan, add some oil. Once the oil is heated add the onions and garlic.
Saute the onions until they turn translucent
Now, add all the vegetables and saute well.
Let the mixture saute on a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
Now, add the moong sprouts and saute for about 2 minutes.
Now, add the water and stir well.
Now, add soy sauce, black pepper and salt.
Cover the soup and let it simmer for about 10 to 11 minutes on a low to medium flame.
Serve hot
