Soup-licious
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the cabbage
  2. Wash and then dice up the mushroom, bell peppers, french beans, onions and garlic
  3. Now in a pan, add some oil. Once the oil is heated add the onions and garlic.
  4. Saute the onions until they turn translucent
  5. Now, add all the vegetables and saute well.
  6. Let the mixture saute on a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
  7. Now, add the moong sprouts and saute for about 2 minutes.
  8. Now, add the water and stir well.
  9. Now, add soy sauce, black pepper and salt.
  10. Cover the soup and let it simmer for about 10 to 11 minutes on a low to medium flame.
  11. Serve hot
