Add the milk, prunes, and coffee powder into your mixer and blend them together.
Once they form a smooth mixture, add the butter, sugar, egg, almonds, cocoa powder, flour and a pinch of salt, and blend again to make a thick batter.
Cover a cake pan with butter paper and pour your batter into it. Smooth out the batter with your spatula, and let it bake in your microwave for 6 minutes.
Dust the pudding with some icing sugar and cocoa powder. Cut into squares and enjoy.
