Toastin’ Around
Delicious French toast sticks topped with pureed strawberries.
Ingredients

Large Eggs

vanilla extract

tsp
ground cinnamon
1/8
tsp
kosher salt

cup
Milk
6
slices
Italian bread
Cooking spray
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1
cup
hulled strawberries
1
tbsp
confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
Whisk together the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Whisk in the milk until well blended.
Dip the bread sticks into this mixture.
Coat a skillet with cooking spray, heat it and fry the bread strips for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Puree the strawberries and syrup in a food processor.
Top the toast sticks with this puree and serve!
